Four 1-hour video calls to help grow the use of improv at your healthcare institution. Ideally, video calls will be spread out over a period of two months. The consultation will be geared towards setting up a workshop and then assessing the success of the workshop as well as future directions.
When I started taking improv classes in 2014, I was the only one who I knew involved with improv. I saw it as a fun activity to break up the routine of life. Now on our campus, we work with doctors, physician assistants, nurses, pharmacists, librarians, medical geneticists, physical therapists, palliative care team members, and countless others to help grow the use of improv at our institution. In addition to breaking up the routine of life, we’ve seen improv help participants to improve communication and to find more joy each day.
